As an Entry Level Field Technician you will be working in a team environment, assisting with modification inspections, tower mappings, antenna audits, and tower maintenance. Traveling across the country for upto 10+ days and climbing to heights of 500 feet or more, you will learn from the ground up with industry professionals, develop specialized technical skills, and acquire certifications leading to career advancement opportunities.

As a Tower Technician Lead in our Construction Department, you will play a key leadership role on-site, guiding a team of tower technicians through the safe and efficient construction, installation, and modification of telecommunication towers and related structures. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You’ll oversee daily field operations, ensure quality work completion, and serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and project management.

As a Tower Technician I on our construction team, you’ll work alongside experienced industry professionals to perform telecom installations, maintenance, and equipment repairs.
